These past two weeks, I have had a lot of 'firsts'.

The first time I went on three consecutive trips.

The first time I went to Delhi.

The first time I lived in a villa with friends.

The first time I tried tiramisu (loved it, would recommend).

The first time I played boggle.

The first time I presented a research paper.

The first time I did not post my blog on Saturday....

You know that high you get, the buzz after finishing a great series (I mean books, you think Netflix)? Recently, I've been on that buzz 24/7. I also realized that not a lot of people cared about my firsts. I'm sure not many noticed my blog mishap either. But that's okay. Because people don't owe me time, attention or anything really.

As you can see, It's been a time of epiphanies and new experiences.

One of the largest epiphanies is that reading is a dying art. And I don't just mean reading novels and sagas like the Iliad by Homer, but even comic books and blogs. People who read them, love them, but not many read itself. It's just too much effort. It takes too much time. I'd rather sleep in that time. I mean, for all the blogs that I write, I have never, and I mean NEVER, gone online, searched up something just for fun, and read a blog on it.

You know what I have done? Seen reels. Lots and lots of them. Poetry reels, info reels, psychology reels, love reels, and even cooking recipe reels. Reels are the new blogs. Why blog it when you can vlog it? So I've decided to do both. I'm stubborn that way. I still want those enthusiastic blog readers to have something to read about, but I also want those who hate reading to listen and watch. For them to be able to get addicted to me without tapping at least more than five buttons.

And so now on, with more consistency and a lot more excitement, every Saturday 7pm is going to be a vlog day. Whereas blogs.... well, Sundays are fun days....
